Cachet Allen is the Founder of Elevate & Training Outreach. Cachet grew up an at-risk youth in the Englewood community on the South Side of Chicago, constantly searching for opportunities to be a better version of herself. Knowing that anything was possible despite hardships she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management in Human Resources from DeVry University.
With over ten years of experience in recruiting, she has worked for Fortune 100 companies, including Xerox, Baxter and Aon Hewitt. She excelled at keeping retention down and built professional partnerships with other organizations. Having come from the unpolished curriculum offered in schools that unfortunately lead to children not being qualified for college or unable to afford college, she knew she would be able to present to them a role model who could personally relate to their day to day obstacles.
With her steadfast faith in God, blend of tenacity, and know how, Cachet created a program designed to offer at-risk students basic training and development.

Coming from poverty does not mean you have to stay in poverty….Elevate & Training Outreach Non for Profit is a prime example of that.
